SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Courier

 

We aim to deliver your order via a Courier within in 3-7 working days from the date your order was placed.  In most cases a signature will be required.  

 

If you are not available when your parcel is delivered the courier will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange/collect your parcel.  

 

Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods.

Please note, Olivia’s are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen. 

 

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or to the Channel Islands.

 

At present we only offer a Standard Delivery service, charged at £3.99.


 

Store Collection

 

If you have selected to have your order delivered to our Olivia’s store in Colne, Lancashire, we will aim to have your items ready for collection within 2 working days. Where possible, we will endeavour to have your parcel ready for collection the next working day.

 

Please note however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are subject to stock availability and demand.

 

In all cases, you will be notified when your item is ready for collection in store.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We hope you are happy with your Olivia’s purchase.  However, if you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, Olivia’s will offer an exchange or refund for items that are returned within 14 days from the receipt of the original purchase/order.  

 

To receive a full refund, or to exchange your items, please ensure you adhere to the following:

 

  1. Return/exchange within 14 days from the receipt of the original purchase/order

  2. Items must be in new condition, clean and unworn, un-altered and free from damages by the customer

  3. Items must have all their original tags attached and in original packaging (e.g. Shoeboxes)

  4. Have the original receipt or returns note

 

We will not be able to complete your refund if you are unable to meet the above 4 requirements. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.  

 

Whether purchased in store or online, all items are eligible for return to our store.

 

For items purchased online, should you wish to return via mail, please complete your returns slip and attach the returns label to your packaging.  Drop your parcel off at your local Post Office then sit back and await your refund or exchange.

 

If you’re returning for an exchange, please ensure that you state the product code and size you require. Where the exchange item you require is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to you in line with our refund policy.

 

Your return will be processed within 10 working days from receipt.

 

Please note that for reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on items of jewellery.
